1. Appointment Confirmation

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or a no-show, the appointment is considered to have taken place. In this case, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is also possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please contact us in advance so we can offer you an alternative time.
